Design Reimbursement Program

We will reimburse clients for design costs up to $2,500 based upon signed contract value according to the following schedule.

    CONTRACT VALUE

  • $10.000-$14,999.99 reimburse up to $500

  • $15,000-$29,999.99 reimburse up to $1,000

  • $30,000-$44,999.99 reimburse up to $1,500

  • $45,000-$59,999.99 reimburse up to $2,000

  • $60,000-and up reimburse up to $2,500

    To qualify for this reimbursement program the client/homeowner must submit the designer and/or architect(s) paid invoice(s), all product specifications, plans, and other associated design materials to Brinkman Russell, Inc. accompanied with the insert from "SPACES" magazine.

    Reimbursements will be paid based on actual cost of approved invoice(s) submitted by client/homeowner and will be paid up to the allowable reimbursement but will not exceed the actual costs. All payment(s) will be processed and dispersed within ten (10) business days following the collection of the project start payment.

    Payment will be made directly to the client unless otherwise noted.
